Students in the first supplementary semester, if they have not passed all their courses after the end of the final session, are expected to enrol in the second supplementary/additional semester in order to complete their studies.

This is done by submitting an application to the Secretariat (during office hours or by email) between 14 and 24 February 2023. Students are required to pay a part of the tuition fee , with the full amount of this semester to be paid by the end of March 2023.

STUDENTS WHO AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS FIRST SUPPLIMENTARY SEMESTER HAD A MAXIMUM OF 3 ARREARS MAY REGISTER FOR THE SECOND ADDITIONAL SEMESTER WITHOUT PAYING THE TUITION FEE.

STUDENTS WHO DO NOT APPLY WILL BE EXPELLED.
